[sdiy] TA7136AP datasheet/info?

   Hi all,

   I'm trying to troubleshoot a circuit that has one of these 7-SIP jobs 
in it and can't find much info on it other than a supposed pinout which 
doesn't really fit any op-amp model that I'm familiar with.
   Does anyone happen to have any real data on this chip?  I'd like to be 
able to make a replacement for it if possible.
