I have two Alex Winter (Moog UK ltd.) 911 ADSR modules in for a check
up. They were made about five years ago, and the owner complained that
they never quite behaved as they should. I found that the outputs
oscillated in the 10KHz region at low settings of Sustain.

Fortunately, I tracked the problem to both modules being fitted with a
220nF cap in the flip-flop stage instead of the correct 220pF...
(whoops!)
