It's a three band parametric EQ. I've reverse engineered the
schematic and board layout if you need them, but it's fairly
standard stuff. No voltage control.
It uses a uA739 dual low noise opamp, which is made of unobtainium.
PAiA sell (or used to sell) a little adapter board to fit a standard
8 pin dual opamp into the 14 pin hole.
BTW, Louis Newman sold me some Polyfusion panels and
boards, then kept the money and the boards and disappeared.
If anyone has had any contact with him recently, I recommend
not buying anything from him. Also, I'd like his hew email
address (and home address) if anyone has them.
