Those were very common in old organ circuitry. They have been out of
production for years, and most companies have depleted their stock of
replacements. There isn't anything really special about them, unless you
want to repair an old organ that needs one of them. I agree with Patchell's
suggestion about not using them for new designs. If they are brand-new
parts, you might even offer to sell them to www.organservice.com to help
those people wanting to repair old organs.

I don't know what the maximum supply voltages are, but I might be able to
find out, if you really want to build some original circuits with these
