Thanks for all who answered.
I might try one of these BF998 dual gate FETs for this.
However as CV suppression would be none,
there might be little advantage over the single FET with lineation resistor
set up.
Have to try both and see what gives less distortion.
In the application I have for this CV would stay well under 10hz,
so feed through would not be a problem (and blocked by coupling caps).
