[sdiy] dangerous high temperature electrolytics ??

Not really too sure....my understanding of the high temp electrolytic was
that they were constructed so they would not dry out as quickly.
The liver damage thing sounds more like he was thinking of oil filled
capacitors that contained PCB.
But, hey I am not sure....
