[sdiy] making PCBs, what's your method?

  I use a "Quick Circuit 5000" circuit board milling machine.  The control 
software takes Gerber CAM data and generates 'isolation layers' which are 
then used to isolation-route a piece of copper-clad board stock.  It also 
does drilling.  It does double-sided boards, although you have to either 
solder the vias or use via rivets.
