This weekend, I think I am finally going to get my sheet metal tools set up 
(I only purchased them 11 months ago...so what is the hurry).  This means 
that I need to clean up the garage a bit...and I realize that this will all 
but totally disqualify myself as a slob.

Hopefully, I will be able to turn out a prototype chassis for my synths 
fairly soon now.  It will be quite novel to have something completely 
enclosed for a change.

On another note, I did order a whole $#!* pot load of CA3280Es 
today.  Intersil just recently laid off 200 people, according to fc.com 
(not the real url, I would blush if I had to type in the real name)....so 
that was getting me a bit nervous about the future availability, so that 
got me in gear...although, some semi conductor prices seem to be going 
up....:-(

Also, I checked the On Semiconductor website today, and so far, the NE5517 
is still not available....as near as I can tell, that is.
