Hi list!

I have a couple of queries;

Firstly, have any of you experimented with MC1413 Darlington transistor
array in exponential CV applications?  Or any other applications for that
matter?

Secondly does anyone know where I can find a datasheet for TND903 which is
an obsolete(I think) sprauge diode array?  I'd like to maybe use it in a
diode ladder type arrangement.

Thanks for putting up with my ignorance, I'm just trying to be creative with
what I have on hand.
