[sdiy] VCA LM13600 circuit 2 - matched trannies ?

Hello,

I am in the process of building a bunch of VCA from Jorgen Bergfor VCA 
Shootout web page.

I am building the circuit 2, LM13600 based, said as the "overall winner".

Some few wonderings, do the BC560 pair need matching ?

And is the LM13600 interchangeable with the LM13700 in this circuit?
