There used to be a freeware/shareware package called Stripboard Magic ... or
something like that. Haven't seen it in a long time though, most of the
Google links 404 now.

I remember a thread on here a while back, have you tried the archive. It's
gotta be out there somewhere! Let us know how you get on.
