  Ah..this is a different high-pitch error than I was thinking; this one 
still changes pitch (the one I was thinking of is stuck at one tone 
regardless).  In this case, yes, I think it is a problem on the voice card 
itself, more specifically in the 'transposition gate' circuit area.  It 
sounds like one or more of the FET switches is staying on and causing the 
higher octaves to stay selected.  I would try checking the trimmers (VR1 
to VR6) to make sure one hasn't failed mechanically, then check the actual 
gate circuits.  You have 3 other voice boards to refer to, at least.
