Proably.  I don't think in all the organ service I did I ever ran across that 
brand.  But that number!  I do have a book with some old info in it,  if I 
can get my hands on it in this mess.

According to my card file I have two of them that I salvaged from somewhere, 
and it says "6-stage divider IC" and also "Teisco, Sanyo, Kawai" (never heard 
of that first brand either.

No indication of what the board holding it was using for power?

A lot of organ-type circuits used some very bizarre stuff,  PMOS and whatnot, 
some of which used some strange supply voltages.  I'll post more if I come 
across any further info.
