I doubt that anyone wants to get close enough to have that conversation,
until you manage to stop spewing puke everywhere.   :)

Until your medical condition improves, perhaps you might at least ponder
what you meant by MIDI being so very proprietary? I have a copy of the
original spec. Newer and much more up-to-date copies are available from the
MMA, to anyone who wants to purchase a copy. That certainly doesn't seem
extremely proprietary to me. 

I could probably find other issues in your original post to debate, but I
was too busy dodging all that projectile vomit to pay full attention to
everything you wrote.  ;)
