The way you say "the" infamous Tim of SPAM, it makes me wonder.  Is this a
new time of SPAM each year, or are you secretly recycling the same can year
after year?  Someone should actually eat the contents before it exceeds its
10 years shelf life and a new tin can be purchased. :-)
