[sdiy] a fun chip to play around with - HT8950

hey folks - years ago i was surfing around
the radioshack website and they had 'Ghost Sound Effect' chips.
so i ordered two. i could never find a datasheet - but i finally
did and am having alot of fun. i just thought i'd recomend to folks
out there for some lo-fi effects - currently messing with values
for various changes:

input volume control very important! it doesnt sound like a ghost
at all!
