Reminds me of several organ service calls where people were complaining about 
a "buzzing" or a "vibration" but only when they played certain pedal notes.

(Nit:  Since "pedal" comes from the latin word for "foot",  it makes NO sense 
whatsoever to say "foot pedals" -- there aren't any other kind!  And it makes 
one sound ignorant.)

Anyhow,  I'd say "show me" and then get up and walk around the room,  to which 
they'd respond with a puzzled look,  until I found whatever it was that was 
vibrating and stopped it with my hand.

Reminds me of some sound gear I used to work with,  you could find out which 
notes resonated the various bones in your body...!		:-)
