[sdiy] Revised MOTM website up

Revised the following:

a) new PDF catalog (all links to new catalog should be in place) 27 pages, full
color glory

b) added a few MOTM-190 VCA/RM demos

c) graphics streamlined for 25% faster load-times

d) new pages added but no content yet.

e) many minor typos (probably replaced by updated typos) fixed, some links
reshuffled
