[sdiy] Magnetic Reed Switches

    ok heres one for the gang... i'm looking for EXTREMELY sensative reed
switches... that possibly a very weak magnet could set off.

    i do not have much information on the magnets yet, except that they are
very small [a cylinder, max 1mm diameter x 3mm long] neodynium magnet. i do
know that the magnets cannot really lift metal objects [or anything larger
than a small paperclip], but they will however join with another magnet...
the magnets have about .6mm coating between them and the switch they will
come near contact with.

any sources for sensative reed switches would be appreciated. thanks.
