All,

So with less than a month to go now, time for a quick update.

The room list is now closed, so if you haven't asked for one by now 
then you'll have to make other arrangements.

I'm now taking names for dinner on Saturday night.  We'll be going to 
the same Indian restaurant as last year, which is about 15 minutes walk 
from college, via a rather nice pub on the Cam to partake in ales and 
other pleasing beverages.  I need to know by the 15th (TWO WEEKS TODAY) 
to book the table in time.

Note that you don't have to come to the restaurant---there are many 
other nice places to eat in Cambridge.

For those bringing along synths and gadgets, you might want to think 
about possessions insurance.  While the college sorts out public 
liability insurance, this does not cover theft or other damage.  That 
said, the rooms will be locked when we're out, and college has 24-hour 
security, so its quite a safe place.
