Yes, it was seen at IRCAM but it was not originated there. I don't recall the
details now, but I think it was a Belgic inventor involved (as always, when
something comes from Belgium, the French are being blamed... as in the case of
French Fries... which really should be called Pommes Belgique. They used to fry
fish like that in what was fast-food manor but then the river froze over badly
and someone came up with the idea of frying potatos instead... and the rest is
history.)

Anders Spontón lives close to me and we tend to meet every now and then.
Lovely fellow. The reverb-tank stuff I am building is the Tellun one. It looks
very promessing actually. 4 Vactrols does however get me to tour the city, but
I lack a bunch of components so I better do that this afternoon.
I don't know what happend to Anders site, maybe the computer network at the
school is down for maintenance or something. I'd check.
