Ryan,

I've never seen or built it myself, but one of the modules in the Digisound
80 range was a Stereo Power Amp including a switchable headphone amp.

Whether this would produce an output suitable for plugging directly into
your computer sound card, that I can't say.  However, you may be able to
adapt the power amp part of the circuit to produce the required
levels/impedance characteristics.
