Make that the MCS-4004 although as noted "i4004" "i8085" was popular
intel-ification of their part numbers but not found in their data
sheets.
As a side note, here's a ref showing Federico Faggin's initials on the
die of the i400...err ... MSC-4004.

He did write i4004, which is the old Intel way of writing things, before
getting marketing guys in there...

Hang on a minute... the 1802 was a RCA device! CDP1802 or something
similar if I recall correctly. Cool technology like silicon-on-saphire
(SOS) suitable when doing deep-space projects like we all are doing for
our back-yard launches!
