Hello SDIY friends,
Web update for my discrete transistor synthesizer project:
http://www.clustersystems.com/
I have posted some of my negistor oscillator circuits. Negistors are
potentially quite interesting uses of BJTs in inverted mode, where some
devices exhibit apparently very clean and stable negative resistance akin
to a tunnel diode. The way I found this information, and links are
included, along with engineering notes from bench tests.
I also took feedback from some of you for smaller image sizes, and fixed
this, sorry I did this wrong before. I also and tried to make the pages
somewhat more manageable. I'm still learning web design, please bear with
my learning curve, but hope you like the circuits.
Best,
Michael
