[sdiy] Reusing panels

Hello List!

I have some PAiA black anodised aluminium panels from a previous (now
defunt) project I was working on and would perhaps like to reuse in a
new one.

The problem of course is that the holes already drilled in them do not
suit my needs. I was wondering if there's a relatively easy way to fill
the holes in and drill a new pattern of holes in. Is this possible? 

Note that aesthetics are not important to me in this instance.
