Hey Bob, welcome!  With most LFOs, it's pretty simple to slow down the
rates.  You simply add a larger timing capacitor.  You could add this
non-destructively with a push-pull pot.  The pot clicked in is normal
range, and pulling the pot out is low range.

I don't have MS-10 schemos, so I can't point out exactly which cap to
change, but I'm sure others can help in that regard.
