[sdiy] data for M50195P?

Hi Darren,

I'm sure it is an obsolete chip, but I wish to compare the data with the
PT2395, which claims to be compatible, and has the world's worst data sheet.
I want to see if they are pin-for-pin, or just conceptionally compatible.

Of course the latter is easilly obtained from Small Bear.
