[sdiy] Eventide H949 obscurity - IEEE 488 interface

Commodore PETs and Amigas have IEEE-488 interfaces. These are sometimes
sitting in the closet, but can do computer control with simple BASIC
programs. I'm pretty sure about that. I'm not quite sure if that's useful...
