Fry's is to electronics what 7/11's are to groceries:  best filed here under
'when all else fails'.  Their products are continually in the wrong bins,
the salespeople completely unknowledgeable and their stock consists almost
solely of NTE substitutes.

but...when it's 8:45 on a Friday evening and you've just smoked the lid off
your last remaining LM311...
