Huh. They have a NY office: try faxing them maybe? Too bad if these guys
don't work out; their value packs look nice. Let us know what happens, but
for now I'm not inclined to order from them.

Those extra chips you sent along are appreciated, Peter...the 4049's are a
chip I plan on playing with right away! When I first opened the package, I
had no clue what I'd do with them...then read the Anderton book and he
pointed out that they can be configured as linear FET inverters
(mwahahaha!). If you need any J201's or 2N5484's just ask, I'll be recieving
some shortly.

Too bad the value packs at my local RS are all useless; as someone just
starting to get serious about SDIY, I need inexpensive methods of filling up
the component boxes with a large variety of the most commonly needed values.
Any one recently bought a value pack of caps, or for that matter anything
SDIY related, that they were very happy with?
