Thanks Ken and Scott for your replies. (Sorry Ken, I forgot you were in Australia too).
Scott, I'm in the same position - they appear to be waiting for some missing parts and will ship
when its all available.
What's annoying is that the missing parts are trivial and I wanted them to simply strike them from
the order and ship the rest, but I get no reply to my requests. Also they dinged my credit card
back in late Nov when I made the order - I thought it was customary for them to only debit your card
when they actually ship.
