Many thanks for pointing this out. I've been scouring the net for things
like this, not too much luck, and certainly not this kind of price. Very 
handy for current sources and mirrors.

FWIW, I did buy 2N2223A's (TO-5 NPN duals) from a specialized
semiconductor company, but they were significantly more costly, even more
than LM394CH at DigiKey.
