I keep imagining a synth covered on top with a matrix of red, green, and
blue LEDs. On the bottom of the synth is a matrix of phototransistors,
filtered with red, blue, and green filters. There are also some white LEDs
pointed downward, to provide light for the color sensors to properly
function. Whatever you set the synth on top of, the case mimics the colors
of the surface beneath it, and blends into its environment.   :)
