[sdiy] dual matched PNP on the cheap

Many thanks to all who posted the specs.  Looks like it is a monolithic 
pair (not just a dual) and the hFH is quite good (over 250).  Definitely 
worth $0.29.  Possibly one could select for high hFE for best performance.
