Hi All,
Over the past few years I've collected these synths/projects, but I'm realizing it will be a looong time before I could get the time to fix the broken ones or play the working ones, so I figured I'd offer them up. All prices include very good packing, and Fedex insured shipping to you in the lower 48, unless stated otherwise. If you'd rather come and pick it up in the Boston area, let me know and we can work out a lower price. Prepay only, payment via US Postal Service MO.
Odyssey black and gold. I think the wiring to the keyboard is broken or wired incorrectly, or else the duophonic ckt is not working. One VCO is fine, the other is at a high frequency, but neither track the keyboard, in both cases all VCO waves and PWM seem to work fine. The LFO is out, likely an easy fix, Some sliders recently reconstucted by synthfool and feel awesome! All slider caps present, right colors, some new. Three of four keys need new bushings as thay are clacky. Very low miles, looks awesome. $450
ARP Solus excellent. One dent on the panel, a few key contacts could use cleaning. Carry handle has been moved to side of the synth. Sliders feel good. Schematic copy included. $350
ARP Solus no keyboard, not working, was used in the ARP factory as a test fixture. Hole cut in case with a custom connector hanging out. Sliders feel good. Schematic copy included. Would make an awesome inexpensive expander for a black and orange 2600 if fixed and patched out. $200.
MiniKorg- some good mods (pitch bend, various octaves available simultaneously.) Repeat function doesn't work. $200
Chroma Polaris 100% working, nice clean shape, some edges of wood end cheeks losing the paint...$325. Owners Manual included. Due to age and fragility, I suggest pick up in the Boston area for $275.
Polymoog, mega one with polypedals, nice clean condition, presently not working (intermittent) but I'm certain its just PCB board interconnects...it was doing this when I bought it, it worked great for many years for me (and I did nothing but move it from Jersey to here, thats what got it working), and has just started being intermittent again. I have a nice kit of replacement parts too, which was made by the factory for techs. No stand. $500 for the works, shipped, but due to age and fragility I suggest pick up in Boston area for $400.
multimoog, It 100% works, and was recently thoroughly gone over and calibrated. It has
no mods. It sounds great. The key board is nice and clean and mostly level, the keys are "sticky" when first played, but loosen up upon use. I'm sure that new bushings would fix this. The lower notes seem a bit mushy as they bottom out, but I'm picky
about these things. The aftertouch works great. The plastic edge of the faceplate is curling/lifting a bit in some places, and the metal moog logo faceplate is missing, as are the bottom keyboard dust protector pieces of plastic. $750.
