I don't know how easy it is to order from them where you live (I'm assuming
Europe or UK), but I've been fairly pleased with the assortment of switches,
knobs and pots from Mouser. Digi-key hardly carries any knobs anymore
(though they seem to have a better assortment of ICs, and a better price on
the AVR STK500).
