[sdiy] ot: help ! printer wont pull

This is clearly off topic, but there are so many clever
people on this list, excuse me for this abuse.

I have a HP870 inkjet printer. Problem: 
won't pull paper in automatically.
The wheels seem to get no grip on the paper.
Vibrating the paper stack a little can help,
if the wheels have it, they will pull with normal strength.

I noticed a "nose" below the paper stack, this will be raised
during pull in in order to press the top of stack
paper against the rightmost wheel. This is the weak spot.


Can you please give me some advise?
