Hi Magnus.

You can do that with an opamp, 2 resistors, and 2 capacitors.

(Vin+ to R1, R1 to C1 and opamp+,
 C1 between opamp+ and ground,
 Vin- to R2, R2 to opamp-, 
 C2 between opamp- and opampout)
