[sdiy] Memory recommendations (again!) for A/D project.

Hello!

I'm sorry if this a repeat question.

My little music project is going great.  I have audio going into a 
microcontroller's A/D input, then out to a D/A converter.  The next step is 
to add memory!  Does anyone have any suggestions for memory?  I'm swimming 
in memory possibilities, and I'm lost.

I believe this is what I need:

1. About a meg of memory.
2. DIP package
3. It would be cool if it were non-volitile
4. Serial interface
5. Fast enough. :-)
