There will be lots of offerings but my favorites that come to mind are

1) any Tangerine Dream before 1984 (I like "Logos Live 1982")
2) Larry Fast "Sequencer"
3) Jonn Serrie "Planetary Chronicles" I & II
4) Moog Cookbook for the humorous covers but good synth work

Jonn Serrie did synth music for Planetaries in the 70s - very good stuff.
