Yes, I've got an S-50 and it allows drawing waveforms using a tablet. 
But as someone already mentioned, drawing static waveforms is not 
that useful. On the other hand, with the S-50 and tablet you can draw 
an entire sample, not just a single waveform cycle. But it's near 
impossible to get any kind of useful result by trying to draw 100 to 
1000 cycles of a sample. It takes forever and it usually just sounds 
like a train wreck. I get much more useable sounds using a MiniWave 
to morph between several harmonically similar waveforms.
