well hate to stick my big nose in there but...
You can get NJM13600 and NJM13700 from Mouser
You can substitute the 3080 for the 13600 or 13700... as long as the design
does
not use the Diode Bias inputs... or use the darlington buffers. In Ray's
design he
did not use either.
The 13600 and 13700 are interchangable IF you don't use the internal
buffers... even if you
DID they are still pin compatible and may indeed work just fine.
The CA3280 is prlly the best OTA available... it has the Diode Bias input
but no onboard
buffers... it is expensive ($3-5) and harder to find.
