[sdiy] Filters

Ray,

I'd like to build a circuit something like this but I'm finding the
LM13700s hard to source. Do you perhaps know of a reliable source?

Would I be correct in assuming that replacing these ICs with CA3080s and
using simple Op-Amp buffers would be a futile idea?
