Tony,
I'm surprised to see you recommend cleaning with IPA. Although the
carbonation may help remove deposits, I think the sugars in India Pale Ale
would cause problems. On the upside, this would be one of the few digestible
cleaners, and far tastier than distilled water!

If you meant "isopropyl alcohol," please ignore the above.
