[sdiy] moog filter

greetings,

A while back I built a moog ladder VCF based on the schematic on Rick Jansen's web site. I cannot get it to work. I have spent a bit of time trying to troubleshoot it. So I have covered the basics. 

Does anyone have any experience building from this particular schematic? Know of any problems with it? The TL074 and one of the CA3046's are miss labeled, any other problems people know of?
