2nd the motion, as long as everyone involved get's to help since the
Yamaha FM engine was serial internally the BBD isn't all that off the
mark however the tables will have to be analog instead of digital (and
so be recycling with S/Hold/Sense.  Now the '3900 wont be so bad and
will help the interface to the TTL i assume you dis-allow "LS"; "F"; "H"
logic just to keep it interesting.

I agree! Whoever started this whole ridiculous "Hubble" rant should be
made to build a polyphonic 8-operator FM synth on a breadboard using
nothing but BBDs, 3900s, and discrete TTL logic! HA! That'll teach him!
