[sdiy] MiniMoog Scaling

Does anyone have a pointer to docs on rescaling the Minimoog keyboard to
1v/Oct?  I assumed there would be a trim for this but dont see it on the
schematic.

Finally decided to bite the bullet and just rescale the damn thing for
normalcy.
