I don't know if they are, but they 'were' a book and a program. Last
book y bought in '96 for a few coins and still using it sometimes mainly
to identify transistors in vintages with weird part #s (the first
pages has parametric tables).

Mainly because in my whole life I've never seen an ECG or NTE part I did a
program (Anti-ECG) that put things back in place (like 221-235 > LM3900, i.e;
though double Xref is highly risky).

The ECG (now NTE) program is still available somewhere in the net, but
(sincerely) don't reccomend you to waste your time downloading it.
