[sdiy] Dual Linear VCA now available

As per my earlier posts, I had some extra "Mike Irwin" dual linear VCA's
PCB's made up during the last run, and I also bought some extra SSM2164's.
I will sell them to anyone interested in buying the board and/or the chip.

BTW, I have posted some pages about using two of the dual VCA's to mod
the legendary "Steiner VCF" CGS-35 from Ken Stone's site; the VCA's
give you VC of input signal attenuation and VC of resonance.
