Three rounds to Cynthia for doing this.  Archiving the history of this stuff
is ultimately one of the most important things any of us can do.

Things are crazy  here right now, but when time allows, I'll go ahead and
make a PDF of this issue for you, Cynthia - it'll make viewing a lot easier
for some people who may be weary of the the bandwidth issue otherwise.
